We want you to love your ModCloth finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Enjoy a seamless return process with options for a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit bonus.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Refund Method
Select between a refund to your original form of payment or choose a store credit to receive a complimentary return shipping label.
Pack and Label
Carefully pack your items in the original packaging if possible, print the prepaid shipping label provided, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
